  1. Hi! Uhm, first off, I would like to say that both the article and vlog were amazing. I mean, your articles are pretty much amazing. I just have a few questions regarding the trip to Sri Lanka tho, if you don’t mind.. ๐Ÿ™‚
    Okay,
    1. Do we Malaysians need visa to go there?
    2. Did you plan the journey and to-dos yourself or did you go through travel agencies?
    3. How many months before did you secure those train tickets?
    4. You mentioned that the train door wasn’t allowed to be opened.. so how to actually persuade the train guys to let us have some photos with the train door open?

Will be looking forward to your kind response, if you may… eheh.
    Thanks again beforehand!

Yes you do, you can apply here https://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/visainfo/center.jsp?locale=en_US

I planned myself based on what Iโ€™ve researched and what I want to see. and I shared my planned itinerary with the company (I went with SL Brothers) i wanted to hire the driver from and they tweaked my itinerary abit and gave me advices ๐Ÿ™‚

      3. How many months before did you secure those train tickets?
I didnt managed to. for months prior to the trip. what I know is you can get it from visitsrilankatours.co.uk and based on what they have told us, best to buy latest 90 days before the date you plan to take.

oh! there were a few doors, when I walked one was already opened. I have no idea how the Chinese couple negotiated with the guy haha but I tried asking the guy to open another one but he refused. take note that the carriage with unreserved seats would have their doors open all the time, but the carriage can get really full so people would be standing at the door anyhow
